Fruit & Granola Parfaits

Ingredients
9 small strawberries, sliced
8 oz vanilla nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
1/3 cup Fiber One® cereal

1 packet sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. Dice 1 of the 9 strawberries. Fold into the yogurt.
  2. In a bowl, toss remaining berries with sugar substitute. Allow to sit 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. In a parfait glass, layer the yogurt, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and cereal.
  4. Chill in refrigerator at least 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
